Keep Calm and Carry On Paddling

The Barnwood team made it through the heats to the Final Race - unusually a 4 boat final - and although we finished 4th, there were only 1.2 seconds between 1st and last!!

The event was held on Gloucester Docks and the sun shone on the contestants taking part including many teams from local businesses. The event is thought to have raised upwards of £10,000 for good causes supported by the Rotary Club of Gloucester Severn.

Our team was made up of mainly Shopfitting employees (& friends).

Captain: James Johnstone

Drummer: Beth Collins

And Danielle Peters, Ryan Norwood, Fallon and Stuart Grainger, Jamie and Carly Wall, Ally Davis, Liam Sharpe, Ellis Greenhill, James Johnstone Jnr, Patrick Nash, Nathan Cheape, Lewis Dee and Ben Stevens

Well done to all.
