Contemporary, urban office space

An External & Internal Refresh

This project involved the complete refurbishment of a 5 storey 1960s office block in Bracknell, Berkshire.

It's prime town centre location make it an ideal location for smart, well equipped, contemporary commercial office space.

We were given the chance to completely renovate the building entrance and reception areas to create a more professional, stylish welcome.

A complete strip-out of electrical, mechanical and plumbing facilities and the installation of new wall coverings, flooring, joinery, ceilings doors and lift lobbys all add up to a finished building that feels so much more cared for and equipped to cope with present day office life.

Our company was also tasked with giving the building's external look a complete refresh and achieved this by creating a series of render feature fin panels around the whole building, by refurbishing the roof and giving all of the buildings windows a more modern look.

We were proud to deliver the project on time and within budget.
